Business Goal
Realizing that they needed more functionality than what their current "off-the-shelf" software application could provide, Lombardo Homes approached AWS to create a user-friendly custom web application to replace it. Lombardo hoped to use the system to track and follow up on leads more effectively, gather data that would lead to educated decision-making regarding the spending of marketing dollars, and improve the efficiencies of day-to-day tasks in their Sales Offices.




Strategy
Awecomm's strategy for the development of the custom software application was based on extensive research regarding Lombardo's business goals and needs, and the


habits and requirements of the Sales Associates.

In order to increase process efficiencies, the web application was designed to facilitate the printing of labels for follow-up cards, as well as perform task-scheduling to assist the Sales Associates as they follow up with prospective customers.


Results
The LMS web application is currently being used in over 15 Lombardo Sales Offices. The system is being actively used to measure the effectiveness of Lombardo's offline marketing initiatives, determine Sales Associates bonuses, and gather information about where prospective customers are coming from when they visit the Sales Offices.

The system's reporting functionality provides useful information regarding how many visits each office is receiving each day, and is being used to create offline marketing campaigns that more effectively attract new prospects to the Sales Offices.
