AWS Creates Website & Strategy for Lombardo Homes

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 21, 2005

Awecomm Technologies-a Southfield, Michigan-based provider of web hosting solutions, co-location solutions and application development services-today announced that it has been contracted by Lombardo Homes to provide web services for a new online sales campaign including search engine marketing and a new Web site design.

"We know that the percentage of people that are using the web to gather home-buying information is increasing dramatically and we feel that this comprehensive web sales strategy will be an integral part of our overall marketing plan," said Alison O'Connor, Lombardo's Director of Marketing.

As part of an "end-to-end" web strategy, Awecomm will use current data to create a user-centric Web site focused on converting homebuyers currently using internet search engines to LombardoHomes.com web visitors. The new web design will utilize natural optimization and pay-per-click campaign management. This site will serve to compliment existing marketing and generate new web-based business leads in order to increase business growth in the form of new home sales.
