AWS Launches New Website for Lombardo Homes

Troy, Mich., July. 11, 2006

Awecomm Web Strategies (AWS)-a Troy, Mich.-based provider of web design and web marketing services-this week launched a new website for Lombardo Homes, the fourth largest homebuilder in Southeastern Michigan. The website was designed as part of an aggressive online marketing strategy that includes natural and paid search engine marketing, email marketing, and interactive media.

The site has been designed to assist prospective customers in all phases of the home buying process, from the casual browser, to someone who is actively searching for their next home. To help draw website visitors to the Lombardo sales offices, the website currently offers a $10 gas card promotion. "By measuring the way users interact with the different pages of the site through the use of web analytics, we are able to make constant improvements that will turn more web browsers into home buyers," said Chris Spiek, Vice President of AWS, "the gas card promotion is a great example of a strong call-to-action that can be used on the web to prompt a visitor to take the next step."

Power & Associates.
