Awecomm Web Strategies- a division of Troy, Michigan-based Awecomm Technologies, and provider of web strategies and design services-today announced that it has created a web-based Leads Management System (LMS) for Lombardo Homes. The system allows Lombardo to gather sales information, and streamline the daily tasks of Lombardo Sales Associates, and gather statistical information that will assist them in making educated marketing decisions.
Awecomm's strategy for the development of this custom software application was based on extensive research regarding Lombardo's business goals and needs, as well as the habits of its Sales Associates. In order to increase process efficiencies, the web application was designed to facilitate the printing of customized mailing labels, as well as perform task-scheduling to assist the Sales Associates as they follow-up with prospective customers.
