Awecomm Technologies-a Troy, Mich.-based provider of web strategies and design services-announced today that James J. Gwizdala has joined the company as Sales Director.

As Sales Director, Gwizdala is responsible for overseeing sales of Awecomm's various web-based services, tracking of the effectiveness of field sales activities, aligning sales activities with marketing initiatives, and enhancing Awecomm's existing strategic sales approach.

"Awecomm's Web Strategy division has grown to a point where we need an individual dedicated to building a solid sales department," said Awecomm Vice President Chris Spiek, "James fully understands the value that we provide to our customers, and brings the sales and management experience required to build this new team."

Gwizdala has worked in the technology industry for over eight years, acting as VP of Partner Programs for a Los Angeles-based Application Service Provider and Content Management System provider, and has held numerous sales and management roles in various telecommunications firms.
